Shipping Damage
Shipping damage should be reported directly to us within 2 days of receipt of the product. This can be done by email to mail@wavezoneskim.com. Please provide photos of the board damage and the box when sending your message.
Keep the box and packing materials. We will file a claim with the carrier and coordinate the evaluation for you.

In the case of a direct purchase from Wave Zone, unused product may be returned for a refund of the product cost, or an exchange, within 2 weeks of shipment date. How to proceed:
- Send an email through our “contact us” page (here on our website). Share your order number and reason for return or exchange. NOTE:
- Return the board to us (UPS Ground is generally the most affordable method). Include your name, order number and best method of contacting you on a sheet of paper inside the box.
- When the board arrives at Wave Zone’s facility we will handle the exchange or return and email you with a confirmation. Products must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. Shipping cost is not eligible for a refund or for reimbursement. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to product returns.
Purchases from a Wave Zone Authorized Dealer – Surf Shop or Online
If a rider has a concern about their board within 10 days of purchase, they should check in with the surf shop where the board was purchased. If further questions remain, riders are welcome to contact us directly using our “contact us” page (here on our website). Should it be necessary to view an area of concern riders may email photos to mail@wavezoneskim.com. A board builder will review the photos and advise the rider of options.
Dings, Damage and Repairs
If concerned about an area of rider damage, photos may be sent to mail@wavezoneskim.com for a consult with a board builder. General wear and tear should be dealt with using a POLYESTER based resin repair kit (NOT EPOXY). These are sold at most surf shops. Some common brand names are SunCure, DingAll and Solarez. Excessive wear, accidents and/or abuse are not covered at any time.
